Just wanted to let you know that it’s Art at Work month again in Tacoma! The goal of Art at Work month, taking place each November, is to illustrate the collective talent in our city and get people involved in the arts. There are several events worth checking out! Being a TAIP recipient, I attended the Art at Work kick off party – and I’m also contributing again to the Art Slam. Last year I scored the event, but this year I’ve also submitted some photographs and a couple graphic design pieces. The Art Slam will take place on November 21, 2008 at the Rialto Theater. Check it out – it’s a pretty cool event!
