We are renting out 1 room for bands and/or artists to use to develop their craft and store their gear. This room is about 300 square feet. We also feature a plush sitting lounge complete with vending machines (food, drinks, and music gear), dart board, community refrigerator, free freshly brewed coffee, and more! We also have the advantage of having a demo recording studio (featuring Pro Tools/Mac/Waves) on the premise in which renters receive a considerable discount. What separates us from other practice halls is our unique comfortable home atmosphere and sincere approach. Being musicians ourselves, we understand the complexities and hardships of the music business and we try to assist in any way we can.
